General Booking Terms

At Hotel Olive Turtle, we are committed to providing our guests with a seamless and comfortable booking experience. Please take a moment to review our Booking Policy to ensure a smooth reservation process.


Booking Process

  1. How to Make a Reservation:

    • Bookings can be made through our website, via email, or by calling our customer service at 099385 74541.

    • You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details once the reservation is complete.

  2. Booking Guarantee:

    • To confirm your booking, we may require a deposit or advance payment. The amount will be specified at the time of booking.

    • If you fail to make the required deposit within the stated time, your reservation may be canceled.


Check-in and Check-out

  1. Check-in Time:

    • Our official check-in time is 8:00 AM. You are welcome to check in any time after this.

  2. Check-out Time:

    • Our check-out time is 8:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs are available upon request and subject to room availability.

  3. Early Check-in / Late Check-out:

    • Early check-ins or late check-outs may be requested but are subject to availability. A fee may apply for early arrivals or extended stays.

  4. Identity Verification:

    • All guests must present valid photo identification (e.g., passport, Aadhaar card, driver’s license) during check-in for verification.


Payment Policy

  1. Payment Methods:

    • We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, and UPI.

    • For online bookings, full payment or a partial deposit is required at the time of booking.

  2. Payment at Check-in:

    • Full payment for your stay is required upon check-in if not paid in advance. You can pay using your preferred method at that time.


Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation Policy:

    • Cancellation 24 hours before check-in: Full refund

    • Cancellation between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund

    • Cancellation within 24 hours of check-in or no-show: No refund

  2. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Amendments to Booking

  1. Booking Modifications:

    • Guests can modify their booking dates or room preferences, subject to availability. Any changes made within 24 hours of check-in may incur a fee or result in cancellation without a refund.

  2. Name Changes:

    • Name changes are allowed up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in time. Contact us at email@hoteloliveturtle.com for assistance.


Special Requests

  • We try our best to accommodate special requests (e.g., extra bedding, late check-out, specific room preferences) but cannot guarantee them. Please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to fulfill your needs.


Hotel Policies

  1. Smoking Policy:

    • Hotel Olive Turtle is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.

  2. Pet Policy:

    • We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the hotel, except for certified service animals.

  3. Behavioral Expectations:

    • We strive to create a pleasant environment for all guests. Disruptive behavior, damage to property, or any actions that disturb other guests may result in eviction from the hotel without refund.
